Are there returns or exchanges?

Due to the customizable nature of my products, returns are not available. If there is an issue with your order, I will do my best to correct the mistake.

What is the turn-around time?

The turn-around time of your order will depend on how many characters are in your portrait. Once you email me your image, I will offer a typical turn-around time. For an additional fee, you can purchase a "rush fee" in order to ensure that your order will be done in a certain amount of time.

How do I submit my picture?

Email raleyillustrate@gmail.com and send me the picture you would like for me to customize along with any other specific requests. Once I receive your email, I will respond with an average turn-around time.
